So after one and half month long season, we finally have reached to BIG Finals (Perth Scorchers vs Sydney Sixers) of Big Bash League 2016-17.This will be third time Sixers will be facing Scorchers in Big Bash League finals, with both side winning each a piece. So it will be interesting to see who will be crowned winner’s this time around. The Final is going to be played at WACA, normally known for his bouncy wickets.
The Perth Scorchers have sailed into finals comprehensively beating Melbourne Stars in one sided first semi-final. The player of the match was Shaun Marsh, who continued his good form. The second semi-final between Brisbane Heat and Sydney Scorchers turned out to be a very tight contest, with matching ending in a tie. But finaly Sydney Sixers were able to hold their nerves and won the match in super over. The star player of the match was captain Moises Henriques and Daniel Hughes.

Perth Scorchers :
Perth Scorchers have made two changes in their previous 13 man squad. They have got a huge set back, as their star batsman Shaun Marsh has left the team because of international duties. Jason Behrendorff has overcome a fibula injury to be included along with Cameron Bancroft. Jason Behrendorff will replace Cameron Valente in squad.
Perth would want their star bowler Mitchell Johnson to continue his form. The star batsman Michel Klinger and Ian Bell have to take extra responsibility , in the absence of Marsh. Ashton Turner will also be very crucial with his all round performance.

Sydney Sixers have made only one forced change in their 13 man squad. Their international batsman Colin Munro have to leave the squad before finals to join New Zealand team. He will be replaced by another talented bowler Henry Thornton.
Sixers will be delighted by watching their star captain Moises Henriques coming back into form at the right time. He was really struggling with form till semis, but played a very crucial knock to take team into finals. Daniel Hughes has been in very good knick through out the season, and is leading run scorer for Sydney this time. He along with captain will be the crucial wickets for the opposition. Sean Abbott, Nathan Lyon will be leading the bowling attack and will be main threats for opposition batsman.
